Flamingo Fencing’s excellent understanding of animal behaviour both wild and domestic, in a captive and natural environment, helps us provide innovative fencing solutions to the human, agric and wildlife interface.
We are specialists in boma construction, wildlife enclosures, fencing (agricultural, game, security sectors), monitoring systems, solar installations, automated gate installations and access control.
The company's leadership team: John Raw (BSc Zoology and Botany) and Pippa Raw (BSc Physiology), Robert Raw (B.Com).
Flamingo Fencing's Mission

We are primarily conservationists at heart, having been involved with the establishment of protected reserves in both South Africa and Somaliland (Cheetah Conservation Fund)

We specialise in working with conservationists AND local communities because, in order for any re-wilding project success, allies are needed within the community.

We have experience in Community upskilling and, to this end, have our own training facility based in Hluhluwe, South Africa.

25 Years of conservation and agric-related fencing experience, having worked with world leaders in this field.
